Matthew 5:1–12
November 1st, 2026

On All Saints Sunday, we honor those whose faithfulness made our parish possible. Through the Beatitudes, Jesus reminds us that blessing is found not in wealth or success, but in dependence on God and love for our neighbors.

† We live the Beatitudes through mercy, justice, compassion, and peacemaking.

† We carry forward the unfinished work of those who came before us.

† Our outreach embodies Jesus’ ministry of feeding, welcoming, and restoring dignity.

Our annual stewardship sustains today’s ministries; our capital campaign invests in tomorrow’s possibilities. We must ask what kind of community we are building, not simply what kind of building we need.

We are called to give with gratitude and build with courage, remembering generations we may never meet. May our legacy be a parish that makes God’s love visible through faithful service.
